He is a 140.6-mile Ironman completing an Ironman distance triathlon: swimming 2.4 miles, cycling 112 miles, and running 26.2 miles; he is a bodybuilder, Recorded Conservative Evangelical Friends Pastor, Life Coach, and founded ChurchUnited.com.
